01. Do you offer payment plans?
I believe in transparent pricing and you can find most of my payment options right on the service pages! Payment plan options are listed whenever they are available, and you can always contact me to discuss more options.
02. Will I actually be working with you, or do you have a team of robots doing all the work?
You’ll work directly with me! I handle all communication, strategy, and project oversight. While my assistant supports some of the implementation and I occasionally use AI tools, everything is guided, reviewed, and managed by me—start to finish.
03. Is a discovery call just a sales pitch?
Not at all. The discovery call is a no-pressure conversation designed to learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and make sure we’re a great fit before moving forward. Because my work is collaborative, it’s also the best way to ensure the project aligns with both of our styles and expectations.

04. Do you work with clients remotely or in person?
Both! I very much enjoy working with local clients in Connecticut whenever that’s possible. I’m also often in New York City. However, most of my work is conducted online with clients across the country (and outside the U.S. too)!
05. What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of 1:1 service work, I do not offer refunds. Deposits are non-refundable as they reserve dedicated time on my calendar—whether that time is used or not.
That said, I’m always open to a conversation if something isn’t working as expected. If you’re unsure about diving into a custom project, I recommend looking into one of my online programs or templates through Guided Online Business for a lower-commitment option.
06. Do you only work with women?
Not exclusively! While my background in the wellness coaching industry and training like Tara Mohr’s Playing Big make me especially well-suited to support women coaches / service-based entrepreneurs in particular, I’m always open to working with aligned clients of any gender.
